Running Programs
Couch to 5K
10-week program beginning week of September 28 and ending week of December 4 with target race the Hot Chocolate Run on Sunday, December 7. Two coached runs per week and one
independent running assignment.
*Training will be both inside on treadmills and outside on
local roads, weather dependent
*Participants will be unable to utilize Child Watch services
as this class meets outside
*No class Saturday October 11 or Saturday November 29
*Maximum participants: 10
*No previous running experience required
