Treadmill Winter Warriors

This 45-minute treadmill workout combines hills and speed intervals to improve cardiovascular health. Combat cold winter days with this high-energy session. All levels of runners welcome!

 

Saturday mornings 8-8:45am in the cardio room. This is a 6 week class.
