Treadmill Skills & Drills Spring Two - 2024

Put some spring in your step with this seven-week treadmill series!
Each 45 minute class will include a warm up and cool-down, and speed
and/or hill intervals on thetreadmill.

Class meets Wednesdays & Fridays: 7:30–8:15am
