Learn and work on the basics of barbell training to develop a strong base of knowledge and strength! This class will focus on four basic barbell compound lifts: squat, bench press, deadlift, and overhead press. We will learn two of the moves on Sunday and two moves on Wednesday. In this team-based approach to training you will not only learn how to perform the movement but will also learn how to spot work in an effective training group.
This class is perfect for those who are newer and just learning, as well as those who are more advanced and want to take it to the next level!
