TRX/Kettlebell Class

This 45-minute class combining TRX and kettlebell exercises delivers a total body workout that can be quickly progressed or regressed for all abilities.

What is TRX? TRX = Total Body Resistance Exercise. The TRX suspension training system allows the user to create resistance from their own bodyweight for exercises that develop core strength, mobility, joint strength and basic foundational strength.
