TRX Classes

This 45-minute class will run several sessions that incorporte TRX, pilates and kettlebell depending on which session is running. These exercises delivers a total body workout that can be quickly progressed or regressed for all abilities.

What is TRX? TRX = Total Body Resistance Exercise. The TRX suspension training system allows the user to create resistance from their own bodyweight for exercises that develop core strength, mobility, joint strength and basic foundational strength.

This class will take you from trx suspension, to a series of floor exercises to burn and tone. A full body work out, which focuses on body alignment and building core strength.
