Strength in Menopause
Strength in Menopause is a 8-week, small group wellness program for
people in any stage of menopause who are looking to learn how to
strength train safely and effectively in a supportive group setting. Led
by a certified fitness professional, classes meet once per week for
90-minutes, with additional opportunities to work out with group
members during each week. Optional pre and post program strength
assessments to measure progress will be offered but are not required.
Spring 1

March 3, 10, 17, (no class on the 24th) & 31, April 7, 14, 21 & 28
Members: $120, Non-members – $160
Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned fitness enthusiast,
menopause can be isolating and confusing. In this program, our focus
will be on increasing bone density and muscle mass through strength
training, as well as community-building and resource-sharing to
provide support and empower participants to proceed through this
transitional time with confidence and a positive outlook.
