Introduction to Masters Swimming is a structured adult swim program designed for individuals interested in improving stroke technique, endurance, and overall fitness in a supportive, coach-led group environment. The program introduces participants to the principles of Masters Swimming, emphasizing skill development, confidence in the water, and lifelong aquatic fitness. Instruction is inclusive, scalable for all abilities, and aligned with YMCA values of respect, encouragement, and personal growth. Please note this course goes from March 2nd to April 26th  

Classes will not be held on Easter Sunday, April 5th

Classes will not be held during April Vacation April 20th – April 25th

Please note if you are in a Monday class, your last scheduled class will be April 13th

Please note if you are in a Tuesday class, your last scheduled class will be April 14th

Please note if you are in a Thursday class, your last scheduled class will be April 16th

Please note if you are in a Saturday class, your last scheduled class will be April 18th

Please note if you are in a Sunday class, your last scheduled class will be April 26th

Classes will run as 7 scheduled classes over 8 calendar weeks
