This dynamic, fast-paced 4-week training series will focus on the skills and body mechanics that will improve your game, whether it’s pickleball, another racquet sport, or your overall fitness.

Each session will begin with a whole-body mobility warm-up, followed by drills and exercises,
many of which will be interactive. Prepare to sweat, laugh, learn, and make new friends!
