The Personal Training department believes that fitness should be encouraged in a supportive environment. Each of our motivated Personal Trainers strives daily to make each session impactful with their clients. Our unwavering determination to help you achieve your fitness goals is just one reason our trainers love to work with you. We are eager to learn about your goals and welcome the opportunity to provide you with a positive experience.
Virtual Personal Training is available for all 1-1 sessions. Train in the comfort of your own home.

Assessment
This session is one hour. There is a 30min follow up scheduled after this session to go over results.
Many fitness assessments test one or more of the components of fitness. The different components of fitness are cardiorespiratory endurance (also sometimes called aerobic fitness), muscular strength, muscular endurance (muscular strength and endurance are sometimes combined into muscular fitness), flexibility, and body composition.
Some fitness assessments may also test balance, stability, mobility, or other sports or performance skills such as power or agility.
These will be discussed in your session with the trainer.

Assessments may include
Body Composition: is the body’s ratio of lean body mass (muscle, bones, connective tissue) compared to fat mass. Body composition measurements are a more accurate way to assess fitness and also healthy weight loss. To find this ratio we use two types of measurements.
Girth Measurement: Designed to assess the diameter of specific areas of the body as a way of calculating body fat percentages. Girth measurements are taken from 7 points on the body. These points include: Forearm, Biceps, Abdomen, Waist, Hip, Thigh, and Calf.
