Join Beth for 2 hours of quiet, rest, and self-care, where she will guide you into supported, gentle restorative yoga poses, and share how to offer yourself Reiki (a gentle, hands-on energy practice). Experience how restorative yoga & Reiki can work together to help relieve tension and stress, support overall well-being, and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and renewed during this busy time of the year.
