Adult Swim Lessons

Our adult swim lessons provide a place for both teen and adult swimmers to learn how to swim in a friendly small-group setting. We have students of all comfort levels and abilities— from young parents to high school students to retirees.

Our adult swim lessons provide a place for swimmers ages 18 and older to learn how to swim in a friendly small-group setting. We have students of all comfort levels and abilities— from young parents to high school students to retirees. We teach:

How to tread and float in the water
Proper breathing techniques
Key swimming strokes (front crawl, backstroke, etc.)
Safety and rescue skills
Proper conditioning and personal fitness habits

Please note this course goes from June 22nd to August 16th

Please note that classes will run as 7 scheduled classes over 8 calendar weeks spanning both the Summer 1 and Summer 2 sessions on Wednesday nights
